The Farm

Well, we moved to this house on January 15th! Click here for pictures and more information.

Jacquie and I sold our San Jose house on Cheltenham Place in August. We then moved into our San Jose condo temporarily, fixing it up and selling it in December. The darn thing sold so fast, we needed to suffer living in our Tahoe place for almost a month!

Finally, we moved onto "The Farm." Although it's not really an accurate name, our granddaughter Megan named it, and it stuck.

Buzztail is not a bird

Our new home is in the Buzztail Community Services District. We get our water from the Buzztail Water Company. What's a buzztail?

Here are a couple of pictures demonstrating a buzztail. This guy would not go away from our pool. The third time we saw him, he ran into Ray and Jim, both armed with shovels.

The Lindsays' Visit New Chico Home

Jacquie's parents, Jack and Dorothy Lindsay, had a chance to visit and see Jim and Jennifer's new Chico home. Chico, famous for the party school, also is a friendly town which reminds you of nostalgic, small-town America.

Jimmy became manager of the Costco store in Chico early in 2003.
